-Your builder will help you with the proper size of home to fit with the dimensions of the lot. Will the lot allow for a ranch home vs a 2 story etc.
-Your builder will be able to point out any obstacles that exist, such as ponds, wet lands streams, valleys and trees.
-if there is a septic sand mound your builder can help figure out its placement, and the placement of a well.
